Lynn Husband

Lynn Husband, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is the owner of 360 Behavior Consulting and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing Therapeutic Behavior Consultation (TBC) through Virginia's Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver program. With more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, Lynn is dedicated to helping people increase independence, strengthen communication, and improve quality of life through person-centered, evidence-based supports.
Lynn earned a Master of Education in Special Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014 and is licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Virginia.
Throughout her career, Lynn has supported individuals across the lifespan in home, school, clinic, residential, and community settings. She has extensive experience collaborating with individuals, families, caregivers, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical strategies that promote meaningful outcomes and successful participation in daily life.
Her professional experience includes providing Therapeutic Behavior Consultation and caregiver training through Virginia's DD Waiver program, supervising behavior analytic services, training staff and providers, consulting with school systems, supporting communication development, and teaching functional skills that increase independence and community participation.
Lynn is committed to ethical, person-centered practices that promote dignity, autonomy, self-determination, and inclusion. She believes meaningful progress occurs through strong partnerships, individualized support, and collaboration among everyone involved in an individual's care.
Ledin Romero Benitez

Ledin Romero, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia with a diverse background in sociology, special education, and applied behavior analysis. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia's College at Wise, a Master of Education in Special Education from George Mason University, and a post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to becoming a behavior analyst, Ledin worked as a special education teacher, developing a strong foundation in supporting individuals with diverse learning and support needs.
Ledin began her career in behavior analysis as a behavior technician and advanced through leadership roles including Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Head Trainer. After earning her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in 2021, she served as a Clinical Case Supervisor at a nonprofit organization supporting adolescents and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has extensive experience providing Therapeutic Behavior Consultation through Virginia's Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver program and supporting individuals across home, community, clinic, and virtual settings.
Ledin is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful skills that increase independence, strengthen communication, and improve quality of life. She values collaboration with individuals, families, caregivers, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, person-centered strategies that promote successful outcomes across settings.
As a native of El Salvador, Ledin is especially committed to increasing access to services for Spanish-speaking individuals and families. She provides bilingual services in English and Spanish and is dedicated to culturally responsive practices that respect each person's values, experiences, and unique support needs. Her commitment to community outreach includes providing educational workshops and training opportunities for Spanish-speaking families throughout Northern Virginia.

Our team of behavior analysts are professional yet personable and display genuine compassion while using evidence-based practices to assist individuals in reaching their goals.
At 360 Behavior Consulting, we are committed to designing and implementing ethically sound behavior change interventions that focus on minimizing the risk of harm to the individual or stakeholders. Using person-centered planning and a trauma informed approach, our BCBAs document behaviors of concern, potential risks, exposure to possible adverse experiences, and environmental variables that could impact treatment.
